Michael was born to the late Henry Mitchell “Wolf” Colvin and Elva "Tina" Colvin, the founders and proprietors of Colvin Funeral Homes of Fayetteville and Lumberton, North Carolina. Michael brings a wealth of professional experience to the Paye Memorial Funeral Establishment firm through his various leadership roles at Colvin Funeral Homes of North Carolina. Additionally, Michael has founded, led, and operated healthcare practices and funeral service-related companies throughout North Carolina, serving families, healthcare organizations, state agencies, and funeral firms in various professional roles in the deathcare industry as a licensed funeral service professional. Michael is a faithful, active, and devoted member of numerous professional and civic organizations and Simon Temple AME Zion Church.
