A Time To Be Born:

Da’Sian Amir McClendon was born to Tameka Huey and Sian McClendon April 20, 2024 in Robeson County.

To Every thing there is a season and a time to every purpose under the Heaven:

Da’Sian was a loving, caring, special person that had Down Syndrome. He loved to smile, watch his show, Jools TV. His favorite thing to do was love on his mama, and be on her phone. He loved to go to therapy and do “Wheels on the Bus Go Round & Round".  A Time To Die: Da’Sian was called to his Heavenly home as he slept peacefully in his bed on Friday, October 9, 2026. Da’Sian was preceded in death by his Great Grandmothers, Julia Betheal and Ann Huey. Great Grandfathers, Floyd Monroe and Otis Huey; and a nephew Kevarian Barrett Jr.

A Time To Mourn:

Left to cherish his loving memory; six brothers; Jemareontae Barrett, Kevarion Barrett, Brian McEachin (BJ), Devontay Douglas, Sian McClendon Jr and Bryant Moore, three sisters; Antwanaja Barrett, Kyona Kelly and Alana Locklear, Grandfathers; Jeffery Huey Sr. and Papa Terry McNeill,  Two Grandmothers, Rosemary Bethea (Delton) all of  of Raeford North Carolina and Grandmother Michelle McClendon of Camden New Jersey.

Ten aunts, Kaleena Lynette Cooney, Latasha Taplin, Shannon Chains (Jerry), Shamiaya Loyd, Kemmian Monroe, Latisha McNeill. Lesia Bethea, Linda Bethea and Sharvonia Shippy

Four uncles, Jeffrey Huey Jr.,(Patricia) Terrance Bueno, Dennis & Joseph Bethea. Da’Sian also leaves a special cousin Nicole Headen, special friend Braycion Fairley (Bubba).

Four nephews, three nieces, a host of cousins & friends. A very heartfelt thank you to his COSA Mrs. Kristen and Godmother Keyshia Morrisey.
