Balaji Antonio Ashe was born on February 8, 1995, to the loving Matasha Anderson and the late Sajid Ashe. A proud graduate of East Bladen High School, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Voorhees University in Denmark, South Carolina.

Balaji leaves behind to cherish his memories, two sons, Josiah Owen Ashe and Nasir Owen. His loving and devoted mother, Matasha Anderson, and his four siblings: two brothers, Nairobi Lewis and Nahfeese Coleman, and two sisters, Shamia Gillon and Derstiny Campbell. A wide circle of family and friends holds his spirit close, forever honoring the impact he made on many lives.
